UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service: “Women Race and the Unstoppable Run for Disability”

• Required Deliverable(s)

1. An organizing Company/Firm to organize the Women Race at “EL Korba” Plus the Unstoppable run empowering persons with disability at Cairo Stadium, design the route,
2. Issue security clearances, bring booths and all production needed.
3. Create a social media event for the two runs separately as a part of a social media plan.
4. Prepare PR plan in addition to inviting media to the events.

• Timing / Schedule:

1. Women Race: Friday 30th of November 6.30 AM – 10:00 AM
2. Disability Run: Friday 7th December 6.30 AM – 10:00 AM

The deadline for submission of questions is COB Tuesday October 30th, 2018
