UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service: “Women Race and the Unstoppable Run for Disability”
- Required Deliverable(s)
- An organizing Company/Firm to organize the Women Race at “EL Korba” Plus the Unstoppable run empowering persons with disability at Cairo Stadium, design the route,
- Issue security clearances, bring booths and all production needed.
- Create a social media event for the two runs separately as a part of a social media plan.
- Prepare PR plan in addition to inviting media to the events.
- Timing / Schedule:
- Women Race: Friday 30th of November 6.30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Disability Run: Friday 7th December 6.30 AM – 10:00 AM
The deadline for submission of questions is COB Tuesday October 30th, 2018
