For this event, we are looking for a convenient venue that has the following criteria:

• Preferred Locations: Downtown, Garden City and/or Zamalek, New Capital
• The venue should be spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for our event.
• Equipped Meeting room fit for 100 participants includes

- Round table setting: 6- 8 pax /each

- Notebook and pen for each participant

- Stage with podium including podium mics

-  VIP armchairs & coffee tables

- Place to accommodate Arabic/English/Arabic translation booths 2 cabinets

- Media corner

- Sound System 12 channels -Amplifier 4 speakers fit for 100 persons including 2 wireless mics (please indicate cost for extra mic)

- LCD Projector 4000-5000 Lumens

- Laptop compatible with the LCD projector

- Laser pointer

- LED Screen as backdrop fit to stage area

• VIP Lounge.
• Registration corner: 2 rectangle tables with 2 chairs/each (outside the meeting room)
• Theater performance:  place to accommodate installing a metal stage 10*8m with 40cm heights  in addition to 100 chairs ( installation will be outsourced )
• Meeting Package that includes:

-   Welcome drink

-   One coffee break

• One Lunch with a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences (set menu or open buffet please provide both options ) of a high-quality lunch service and a coffee break during the event. The catering should be of excellent standard.

-        Mineral water on each table as well as during the break

-        One soft drink with lunch

Additional Notes:

• The event is expected to start at 8:30 am till 4 pm

• Set up for the theater will be conducted one day before the event ( could be during the night before the event). We can accommodate according to the availability of the venue
