For the provision of
Digital Podcast on Population Issues
UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:
“Production of Digital Podcast on Population Issues”
UNFPA seeking a professional company/agency with extensive and professional experience in development and production of digital content for youth to develop and tailor digital formats focusing on population issues, RH awareness, GBV including child marriage, as well as pre-marital education.
● Required Deliverable(s)
- Producing six (6) digital episodes’ {Pre-production, Production and Post-production} (Videos, From 8 to 15 mins each).
- Episodes will require engagement with public speakers and high-profiled guests. Guests will be identified jointly by the agency/company and UNFPA.
- Promoting and marketing for each episode on different social media platforms.
- Digital media benefits to include monthly airing of episodes on the agency/company’s platforms and social media accounts, engagement with the audience ensuring UNFPA’s ownership of content.
- Using the developed content by UNFPA and creating a creative story board for each episode, coordinating with the PEERCAST host is a must.
- Pinning each episode on the agency's social media platforms as Top and sticky until the next episode is aired.
- Video Editing & Montage.
- Subtitles Translation in English to be reviewed and approved by UNFPA.
- Cross posting of social media campaigns with UNFPA and some of UNFPA’s implementing partners.
- Design and launching of social media campaign and advertisement material including roll ups and banners to promote for the episodes.
