UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:

Hosting UNFPA Egypt Country Office Staff Retreat at Ain Sokhna

UNFPA requires the provision of hosting the 2021 Retreat for Egypt CO Staff during the period 26-28 October 2021 at Ain Sokhna City.

• Deliverable(s)

-          Provide Accommodation on BB for 40-45 pax on single rooms for Egyptian and nonEgyptian;

-          Full board Accommodation for Egyptian and Non-Egyptian 26-28 October ( two nights);

-          Check in:  Tuesday   26 October 2021;

-          Check out :Thursday 28 October 2021;

-          Equipped Meeting room fit for round 45 participants, round tables; with all needed COVID 19 precaution & distance from (26 October ½ day, 27 October  full day and 28 October ½ day;

-          LCD projector, screen, flipcharts sound system and mics during the meetings;

-          Meeting package: Two (2) coffee breaks including mineral water during the meetings from 26-28 October 2021 as stated above.

-          Lunch on 28 October 2021

• Activities will be conducted inside the meeting room as well as in open areas.
