For the Development of

a Results-Based Management (RBM) Capacity Building Model for UNFPA’s Partners

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:

Developing a Results-Based Management (RBM) Capacity Building Model for UNFPA’s Partners

UNFPA requires the provision of technical expertise for the development of a Results-Based Management (RBM) Capacity Building Model for UNFPA’s Partners.

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted Firms and/or Individual Consultants (National / International) as well as Research & Educational Institutions that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.

Required Deliverable(s):

·       Develop specific inception report, including mission roadmap, budget/cost requirements for the process, and how they will be met; along with workplan including developed time schedule and set key dates,

·       Leverage existing internal and external knowledge products, innovative interventions, case studies, and ongoing processes,

·       Desk review and analysis of studies, monitoring reports, and completed evaluations,

·       Organize meetings internally with technical staff,

·       Organize meetings with IPs,

·       Suggest and present to UNFPA country office the RBM Capacity Building Model for UNFPA’s Partners,

·       Prepare the final report and presentation to the proposed RBM Capacity Building Model for UNFPA’s Partners. The report should provide thorough documentation of the proposed model and

·       Facilitate meeting, for discussion and validation, to present the final proposed RBM Capacity Building Model for UNFPA’s Partners. 

Timing / Schedule:

20 working days from signing of contract with UNFPA.

Tentative Start Date: December 6th, 2020

Deadline for Submitting quotation: 1 December , 2020
