LETTER OF INVITATION
- The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified bids for the provision of T.V Show Public Auditions Week Campaign.
Your company is hereby invited to submit your best Technical and Financial Bids for the requested services as per attached TORs.
- Bid Confirmation: A completed Form should be e-mailed to: Ms. Noha El-Maraghy/ Procurement Assistant email: elmaraghy@unfpa.org, no later than Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 .
- The bid process will be conducted through a TWO-envelope system no later than Sunday February 17th, 2019, at 14:00 Cairo Time.

UNFPA will conduct an internal Bid opening on Sunday, February 17th, 2019 at 15:00H at UNFPA Egypt Country Office: 70 A Nahda St. Intersection with Road 22, Sarayat Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
