Video Collaboration Platform (Virtual Learning)
Dear Sir/Madam,
UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:
“Video Collaboration Platform (Virtual Learning)”
UNFPA requires the provision of Video Collaboration Platform (Virtual Learning) to integrate in the UNFPA Learning Management System (LMS).
- Outputs / Deliverable(s)
1. Provision of access to and licensing of integrating a video collaboration platform, with provision of needed IT support, to the UNFPA Learning Management System (LMS) for one year for 3 virtual trainings, in line with the following requirements (in addition to the engagement tools outlined in the below TOR):
a. Compatibility with Drupal for LMS integration;
b. Capacity of each virtual training to be minimum 25 or maximum 50 participants;
c. Provide accessibility (captioning and speech-to-text options);
d. Customized branding;
e. Provide cloud recording and storage for each virtual training.

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III , along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the address indicated below no later than: Saturday July 3, 2021 at 02:00 PM Cairo Time
