The Menstrual Health Management for adolescent girls training manual aims at providing girls (10-19 years old) with timely, appropriate and comprehensive information on menstrual hygiene to help them adopt healthy practices and behaviors, and promote positive attitudes on menstrual health. The manual is designed to be used by health service providers, teachers, counsellors, community leaders, educators and outreach workers to reach adolescent girls with correct information about menstruation. It is developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Population, however it will be integrated in other programs with different partners. The Menstrual Health Management program is funded by the Netherlands.
