Developing a Resource Mobilization Package

for SIWA Innovation Project on Maternal Health Services

The request for quotation is open For Firms, National Educational/Research Institutions

and/or Individual Consultants

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service: 

Developing a Resource Mobilization Package for SIWA Innovation Project on Maternal Health Services

UNFPA requires the provision of the development of a resource mobilization package for the implementation and upscale of the Siwa project final product including the telemedicine platform, to use it for advocacy and donor engagement, including for possible replications in other remote settings.

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted Firms, National Educational/Research Institutions and/or Individual Consultants that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to perform  in the country ( Egypt), or through an authorized representative. 

Deliverables:

1. Develop a report detailing a comprehensive analysis of potential donors: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of potential donors to map the feasibility of securing funding to replicate the project in other similar settings
2. Develop a comprehensive resource mobilization package: Draft the package in English for maintenance and upscale of the Siwa project in further governorates and for the expansion of the project. It should include an overview of the situation, explores future partnership opportunities and strategies, and details relevant financing mechanisms for contribution

Specific Tasks:

1. Review the project documents and consult with UNFPA members, and the implementing partner to better understand the vision, mission, focus areas of the innovation project and suggest the various elements of the resource mobilization package.
2. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of potential donors to map the feasibility of securing funding to implement and replicate the project in other similar settings. This will include mapping potential donors’ strategic areas of interest, funding requirements and guidelines.
3. Develop a comprehensive resource mobilization package that includes an overview of the situation, explores future partnership opportunities and strategies, and details relevant financing mechanisms for contribution. The package will include the following:

●        A section that shows the results of the mapping exercise among potential donors, their interests, priorities, funding windows and points to clear actions that should be taken to mobilize funds and develop/maintain relationships with these donors

●        Fundraising materials that need to be produced to secure funding for upscale and replication of this project

●        Brief concerned staff on how to best utilize the developed resource mobilization package
