UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:
Hosting UNFPA Egypt CPD Consultation Workshop
UNFPA Egypt CO requires the provision of hosting a one day Consultation Event planned to be conducted 5 or 6 or 7 June 2023 depends on availability of space.
● Required services / Deliverable(s)
- Equipped meeting room fit for 100-120 participants.
- Round tables setting with eight pax in each table for 100 -120 participants.
- VIP lounge Room for Ministers and high level participants.
- Registration desk outside the meeting room
- Meeting package with 2 coffee breaks including mineral water
- Lunch quotations for: “Open Buffet” and “Set menu to be provided in a different hall”.
- One soft drink to be served during lunch.
- Podium
- Meeting Internet Access
- Notes, Pens & flipchart
- Parking facility and free packing cards
● Timing / Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm either 5 or 6 or 7 June 2023.
