Under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the Ministry of Health and Population is organizing the Global Congress on Population, Health and Development on September 5-8, 2023. The congress will bring together experts, policymakers and researchers from around the world to exchange experiences and share expertise around the linkages between population, health and development. 

As one of the main strategic and technical partners of the congress, UNFPA is contributing to a number of sessions with speakers from different UNFPA offices to promote the ICPD agenda and advance the narrative around population and development.
