The Position

In the UNFPA CO in Egypt and in the context of the implementation of the Country Programme, you will play a vital role in delivering quality support in administration to internal and external clients, applying all relevant rules, guidelines and procedures with a client-oriented results-focused approach

You will ensure efficient and reliable administrative requirements are fulfilled and reported in a timely manner with required quality checks, in line with UNFPA guidelines.

You will build close relationships with CO programme and operations teams, national counterparts, administrative service providers as well as the UN agencies for efficient and effective delivery of quality services.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Completed Secondary Level Education required. First level university degree desirable.

Knowledge and Experience:

Five years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management.

Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT systems.

Ability to multi-task, and identify and resolve operational problems.

Languages:

Fluency in English and Arabic are required.
