“Production of 13 Family Planning Awareness Brochures”
UNFPA requires the production of Family Planning Awareness brochures including re-designing and/or modifying current designs.
This Request for Quotation is open to all Printing & designing firms including the LTA holders that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to perform in the country of Egypt,
or through an authorized representative.

I. Content of quotations
Quotations should be submitted in a single email whenever possible, depending on file size. Quotations must contain:
a) Technical proposal, in response to the requirements outlined in the service requirements as well as must include expected delivery date.
b) Price quotation, to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form.
c) sample of production material to be submitted at our office to facilitate the product evaluation, paper, colors & printing quality (mandatory requirement).
