Reaching those most left behind in border governorates SIWA Project

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:

Reaching those most left behind in border governorates SIWA 

 

Required deliverables:

 1- Conduct a rapid needs assessment. The assessments will have to follow the user design methodology, technical feedback will be provided from UNFPA. The assessment to look for information on the following:

A- The intended users of the telemedicine solution: Community health caregivers, and para-medical staff to assess their role in maternal health care, their needs, and knowledge gaps to detect a high risk pregnancy

B- Equipment and infra-structure available in Siwa hospital, Matrouh Hospital, and the ambulance

2-  Design measurement system to define key baselines for both users and targets, mainly for the prototyping phase when the telemedicine solution will be developed and pre-tested.

3-  Develop and pre-test a prototype for the telemedicine solution with the three users

4- Develop and implement a capacity development package, using human-centered design approaches, targeting health service providers in hospitals, including for community service providers on maternal health and childbirth.

Instructions for submission

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III attached, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the contact person indicated below no later than: Saturday, August 8th , 2020 at 15:00 PM Cairo Time
