UNFPA requires the provision of hosting the 2020 Retreat for Egypt CO Staff during the period 10-13 February 2020 at El-Gouna, Hurghada.

- Provide Accommodation on BB for 45-50 pax on single rooms;
- Accommodation for Egyptian and Non-Egyptian;
- Check in: Monday February 10th 2020;
- Check out :Thursday February 13,2020;
- Equipped Meeting room fit for round 50 participants, round tables, from 10-13 February 2020, as per attached TORs
- LCD projector, screen, flipcharts sound system and mics during meetings;
- Meeting package includes Two (2) coffee breaks , lunch or/dinner, mineral water and soft drinks during meals as per attached TORs;
