Title : “ Digitization Project at UNFPA Egypt Country Office”
United Nations Population Fund UNFPA Country Office is seeking a company to work on its documents/critical files digitizing. It is understood that a large number of hard copy papers and vital records will be transferred to an electronic soft E-Archiving version. The files produced by the vendor in collaboration with UNFPA Egypt CO shall be injected into UNFPA e-filing system
The project will consist of a digitization process to all UNFPA EGYPT Country office vital records for the different units to be transferred to electronic copies.
This task is to be performed in UNFPA Egypt CO Premises due to privacy & criticality of data.
Application Deadline: Qualified firms should submit their quotation no later than Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 16:00 Cairo Time

How to Apply : Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail to the contact person indicated in the RFQ no later than : Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 16:00 Cairo Time
